Ariel the Locksmith was a very charming and smart professional who saved the day by helping us re-key our locks. He educated us on the process and ways that we could get the job done the most affordable way. I really appreciate his service!

We accidentally locked ourselves out of our house.  Mr. Fitzpatrick was extremely courteous and professional and friendly.  It only took him a few minutes to unlock our door.  He even gave each of our kids a little flashlight as a present.  The price was way better than I expected.  He also pointed out the tumblers in the lock were installed upside down and fixed that in minutes at no charge.  Keep a spare key where you can get it in an emergency, but if you do need help, I would absolutely recommend him.

Excellent, quick and efficient! I gave Chris a call for a re-key. He had another appointment but he said he would call me back. He did call back within two hours and was at my house 15 minutes later. Note that this was after 8pm.
The job took about 30 minutes (5 locks and 5 keys) and was the cheapest I had been quoted anywhere by at least 20%. He also fixed a lock that was “sticking” at the same time.

Wow… talk about at our beck and call… Maybe I just got lucky with the timing but I did a yelp request for an estimate to re-key 8 door locks and within 5 minutes I had a reply. I phoned the gentleman (Chris) to tell him I would like to proceed, and he was at my house in 30 minutes!

Locked myself out while completing a move and started to use a company I found via a Google search. While I was waiting I started looking up reviews on them and quickly changed my mind – apparently there are a lot of scam artists promising rates they don’t honor.

After reading the reviews here, I called these guys. Chris F. was here within 10 minutes late on a Friday night and had me in within another 5. The rate was so reasonable and Chris was so fast and such a great guy I tipped him another $20 on top of the fee.
